Every single day, I found myself doing the same thing: searching YouTube for the latest carnivore content. Scrolling through Dr. Ken Berry's channel. Checking what Shawn Baker posted. Looking for Kelly Hogan's updates. Reading through hundreds of comments to see what people were actually experiencing.
I wanted to know what the influencers were saying. I wanted to know what real people thought about what they were saying. I wanted to see if there were studies backing up the claims. I wanted success stories, controversies, debates-all of it.
And I thought: If I'm spending an hour a day searching for this stuff, there's no way I'm the only one.

Who I Am
I'm a 20-year firefighter and structure protection specialist. My job demands peak physical and mental performance. I can't afford brain fog, energy crashes, or inflammation slowing me down when lives are on the line.
I'm also a CrossFitter. I need fuel that builds strength, supports recovery, and keeps me operating at full capacity. The carnivore diet does that for me in ways nothing else has.
But I'm not a doctor. I'm not a scientist. I'm not selling supplements or meal plans. I'm just a guy who wanted a better way to stay informed about this lifestyle without spending hours hunting for information.
This isn't a business. It's a resource I built for myself and decided to share. That's it.
