How the 12 weeks run

Each week has one job. You start with a baseline (and a conversation with your doctor, especially if you take medications, that part isn't optional with us). Then: adaptation and electrolytes, energy and sleep, your protein floor, eating out and travel, evening cravings, a mid-point check on your progress, body composition, social pressure, budget meal systems, maintenance macros, and finally a graduation plan so week 13 doesn't undo week 12.

What's included

Being straight with you: most answers are drafted by AI trained on our coaching approach, and reviewed with human oversight. That's how we keep this affordable. It's warm, it's personal to your data, and a real person is watching. Nothing here is medical advice, and members on medications are asked to involve their doctor from day one.
