How the 12 weeks run
Each week has one job. You start with a baseline (and a conversation with your doctor, especially if you take medications, that part isn't optional with us). Then: adaptation and electrolytes, energy and sleep, your protein floor, eating out and travel, evening cravings, a mid-point check on your progress, body composition, social pressure, budget meal systems, maintenance macros, and finally a graduation plan so week 13 doesn't undo week 12.

- Macros that update as your body changes, so you're never running on stale numbers
- Real answers to your questions, usually within a day, from a coach team that knows your history

Being straight with you: most answers are drafted by AI trained on our coaching approach, and reviewed with human oversight. That's how we keep this affordable.
